Egg white crystals, have a higher biological value protein than most other proteins.  Which means the higher the BV, the more your body can absorb from each gram of protein. 


Egg whites have a BV of 100 whereas proteins sourced from whey have a BV 104, however their PER is only 3.2.  What is PER?  PER is Protein Efficiency Ratio.  Egg white crystals have a net protein utilization (NPU) rating of 100 and an overall protein efficiency ratio (or "PER") of 3.9, which that’s higher than many other protein sources including whey.  Egg whites allow you to absorb and utilize more protein per gram than your typical sources.


Another great thing about Crystalized Egg Whites is the lack of bloat after consuming them.  There isn't a full feeling, allowing you to slam them with your pre workout and grind away!


The only ingredient in our Crystalized Egg Whites is EGG WHITES.  They are flavorless meaning you can add them to any of your favorite drinks, pre workout, post workout, intra workout or even some cold aminos on a hot day.  They mix very well and do not make your favorite drinks thick like other proteins.



AS A SHAKE: In a shaker cup, mix 5 scoops (1 serving) of Egg White Crystals with 10 ounces of your cold beverage of choice or mix it in a blender with your favorite smoothie. 



IN A PAN: Mix 5 scoops (1 serving) of Egg White Crystals with 10 ounce of water in a shaker cup and pour into a microwavable bowl. Microwave on regular heat for 1 minute and then stir. Put back in the microwave for an additional 30 seconds, continue heating and stirring in 30 second intervals until you reach desired consistency.
